🎉 What’s new in Release v220?

We’ve launched fresh updates to make your website easier, smarter, and more accessible.

📊 Better organised content in one place

What changed?

All your stories and pages now live in a single view with smart filters for Story types. No more jumping between separate menu items.

Coming soon: The old separate Story modules will disappear once the Beta becomes the standard, giving you a cleaner Dashboard to manage all your content.

How do I use it?

No action needed: This improvement is already live in the Stories Module once the Beta option is selected.

📋 Save time with Page duplication

What changed?

The new Pages module (in Beta) includes page duplication – copy any page with all its images, content, and settings intact.

This has been one of your most requested features. Curious Minds plan to use page duplication to create templates for their team, ensuring consistency in formatting and layout across their many story pages.

How do I use it?

Follow the "Beta" link in your Dashboard menu to access the new Pages module.

Click "Duplicate page" at the top of any page.

The copy opens immediately, ready to edit. With the Visibility switched off until you are ready to publish the page.

⚡ Import huge mailing lists without the wait

What changed?

The new mailing list import runs as a background process instead of in your browser – no more timeouts on large CSV files.

How do I use it?

Upload your CSV as normal. The new system handles the processing behind the scenes, so you can close the tab and carry on with other work whilst it completes.

🤖 Let AI chatbots discover your events

What changed?

New AI content feed provides chatbots with clean, simple information about your upcoming events and selected pages.

This ensures your chatbot only shares content you've approved, giving visitors accurate information about your programme.

How do I use it?

Tick the new Include in AI feed box on each page or story you want to include in the feed

Find your feed URL in the API access key module

Connect it to your website chatbot (process varies by chatbot provider)

🎬 Film Festival programmes made simple

What changed?

Custom date ranges added to the Cinema Planner, perfect for festivals or concentrated programmes that take place over a particular period of time.

How do I use it?

Set your custom date range using the Parameters start and end in the Cinema Planner Part.

Navigation currently supports up to 7 weekdays.

🔍 Find your events and productions faster

What changed?

Search by ID, title or subtitle when selecting productions or events in drop-down menus across the dashboard.

How do I use it?

No action needed: This improvement is already live throughout your Dashboard.

🤖 Smarter bot protection means fewer false alarms

What changed?

We've improved our bot detection to prevent legitimate visitors from triggering queue systems unnecessarily.

You've told us that queues kicking in unexpectedly frustrates both you and your visitors. We're continually refining how we identify malicious bots versus real people, so genuine customers get through faster.

How do I use it?
